This bulb is a direct replacement for the 3mm 'grain of wheat' bulb commonly used on many Hornby applications. This bulb is the high brightness version giving greater illumination at lower train speeds.
The leads of these bulbs MUST be insulated with insulating sleeves just like the original bulbs.
