Model Railway Island Platform Kit

This OO (4mm) gauge model railway lineside kit is produced in authentic colours, mounted on board to produce a tough laminate almost 1mm thick and ready cut for immediate assembly. This realistic railway model, by the scaling of the detail, by its strength and its durability, is the first choice in buildings for your railway layout.

A railway platform is designed to fit between two railway tracks in a station. Designed in a typical fashion with a ramp at either end. In outlying stations passengers would have to walk the length of the platform and down the ramp to cross the tracks. In busy railway stations a footbridge would be built over the tracks to make crossing more convenient. This image shows the Island Platform Building fixed in place.
